813 Community Day Vendor Application
Hosted by Rolling Proud Run Club, a 501(c)(3) Organization
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at our Community Wellness & School Supply Drive! This family-friendly event brings together local residents, businesses, healthcare organizations, and community partners to promote health and wellness while supporting underserved students throughout the Tampa Bay area.
Vendor Details
Vendor Space
Each vendor space includes:
Designated space for one canopy tent (vendor provides)
Vendor listing on the event website (if confirmed by the marketing deadline)
Vendors are responsible for bringing:
-Tent, Table, Chairs, Displays
(Trash bags will be provided )
We welcome small businesses, entrepreneurs, food vendors, service providers, and community organizations that align with our mission of strengthening our community.

Food Vendor Requirements
Hold all required licenses and permits.
Follow all applicable health and food safety regulations.
Provide a copy of their food permit and insurance (if applicable).
Community Track Meet Add-On
Vendors who would like to participate in both the 813 Community Day and the RPRC Community Track Meet on Saturday, September 12, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. may add the Track Meet at a discounted rate of $50 (regularly $75), for a total registration fee of $150 to participate in both events.
