813 Community Day Vendor Application
Hosted by Rolling Proud Run Club, a 501(c)(3) Organization
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at our RPRC Community Track Meet! This family-friendly event brings together families, athletes, local businesses and community partners for a day of fun, friendly competition, and community connection.
The event promotes health, wellness, and active living while raising funds to provide scholarships for graduating Tampa Bay high school seniors pursuing higher education.
Vendor Details
Vendor Space
Each vendor space includes:
Designated space for one canopy tent (vendor provides)
Vendor listing on the event website (if confirmed by the marketing deadline)
Vendors are responsible for bringing:
-Tent, Table, Chairs, Displays
(Trash bags will be provided )
We welcome small businesses, entrepreneurs, food vendors, service providers, and community organizations that align with our mission of strengthening our community.

Food Vendor Requirements
Hold all required licenses and permits.
Follow all applicable health and food safety regulations.
Provide a copy of their food permit and insurance (if applicable).
Vendor Fee Waiver
Vendor fees are waived for healthcare providers, pharmacies, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, and community resource partners. Fees are also waived for organizations that are not selling goods or services for profit as part of this community event.
Community Track Meet Add-On
Vendors who would like to participate in both the 813 Community Day and the RPRC Community Track Meet on Saturday, September 12, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. may add the Track Meet at a discounted rate of $50 (regularly $75), for a total registration fee of $150 to participate in both events.
